Now more than ever, we understand a vision for downtown Toronto should prioritize open public spaces, affordable housing, and improved transit connectivity.
To help make this vision a reality we’re pushing reset on our plans, and reassessing what a mixed-use community and a generous public park in the heart of downtown can and should look like.
By decking over the rail corridor between Bathurst Street and Blue Jays Way, we have a generational opportunity to build a mixed-use community that can address the need for public spaces, affordable housing, and improved transit connectivity.

MEET THE TEAM
Decking over the rail corridor has transformational potential for the city of Toronto. This is a conversation that has been ongoing for the last eight years.
While we are pushing reset on our vision to work towards the best mix of open spaces and new mixed-use communities possible, we aren’t walking from all of the learning that has taken place to date. Instead we are adding to our knowledge by blending new voices and expertise with experienced Rail Deck consultants including some of the original team behind Rail Deck Park.
